Shipping & Returns
All jewellery is Shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Non-jewellery will be shipped using Tracked Royal Mail First Class.

If you need your item for a certain date then please contact us before placing
your order to confirm we can deliver on time.

Express: 2 Working Days.
If the item you have ordered is in stock exactly as you want it, it will be processed and shipped within 2 working days. Your items will be insured by Pugata and will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This means it will arrive by 1pm the day after the item is shipped. You will be required to sign for this parcel so please ensure you provide an appropriate delivery address.
Standard: 4-6 Weeks.
If your item needs to be made for you, whether this is because we do not have your item in stock or we need to change the metal, centre stone or ring size then we will process the order and have it shipped to you within 4-6 weeks. Your items will be insured by Pugata and will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This means it will arrive by 1pm the day after the item is shipped. You will be required to sign for this parcel so please ensure you provide an appropriate delivery address.
Bespoke: 4-10 Weeks
If we are creating a bespoke item or sourcing something rare for you then the time to ship will be slightly longer than normal. We estimate around 4-10 weeks but will always aim to get it to you sooner.

Overseas
Currently our website is unable to process transactions from overseas clients. If you are outside of the United Kingdom but would like to purchase a piece of jewellery or have something made, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team or send an enquiry and we will be happy to arrange postage for you.
Returns
Any items purchased without changes or alterations can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. The item must be in the same condition as it was sent out, including the packaging. We will process all refunds within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Items that have been made bespoke, engraved, personalised or altered, cannot be returned.
